The Android app is in testing. Join the test from the invite you were sent, then install it from Google Play as usual.
What it does
Invoices and quotes
With the fields your country requires, as PDF and as an e-invoice. Reminders and formal notices for what is overdue.
Expenses and receipts
Photograph a receipt and it is read for you. Supplier invoices still to pay, costs that repeat, and what was bought to keep.
Tax, set aside as you go
Every paid invoice split into BTW, income tax and what is yours. The BTW return and the income-tax return, prepared.
Your bank, without a bank link
Import the statement your bank gives you and payments are matched to invoices. Pay suppliers with one SEPA file.
Reports
Profit by client, this year against last, the asset register, and an accountant pack with everything your bookkeeper asks for.
On a bigger screen
Read and edit your books in a browser. Changes go back to the phone, which keeps the books.
Signing in on the web
- Open the web version and click Show the code.
- In the app, go to Settings → Web and scan the code.
- Check the number matches and approve. Your books open in that browser tab.
After the first time, the browser asks your phone and you approve the notification. No phone to hand? Open a backup file with your recovery key instead.
Private by design
- Your records live on your phone, encrypted. Backups go to your own Google Drive, Dropbox or phone, encrypted with a key only you hold.
- What travels between your phone and a browser is encrypted for that tab alone. Our servers relay it and cannot read it.
- An account holds your email address and nothing else. It is for your subscription and support, and it cannot open your books.
